Skate Arena Cup was the first event held at the Plock skatepark. Despite its small size and small obstacles it allowed to make an exciting and spectacular event.

We could see many lines and creative tricks, Adam Żurawiecki and Baton showed that you don`t forget certain things despite the passing years, the girls and their level of skating shamed many guys ... One of the event organizers suprised me positively: during one of the breaks he skated in the pool and he did many great and high airs! Noteworthy thing were the prizes: checks. It is a nice change for competitors, in Poland in most cases they receive items as prizes, which is not always motivating (for example, rider sponsored by company “YYY” wins the blades produced by “XXX” which he won`t use, also they are three sizes too small ...).

It is a pity that the event was not reported to the Polish Rolling League, the organizers assured me that following editions will be organized under the auspices of the League which will certainly result in a higher turnout. Skate Arena Cup Plock in 2013, enjoy!
