When I was arranging first street photo session of this year with Gufi and Antena, I thought we would go to some rather easy and small spots, just to do some steady warm up.
I was expecting that since it is just the beginning of the season, guys would want to warm up and get back to their routine and I would have chance to do kind of warmup with my photo routine.
However, as soon as Gufi had spotted the first rail, I was proved wrong! Guys didn't need any warm up! Gufi took an inrun through the busy street (luckily motorcyclists held the traffic) and he has done top soul 180 out on a solid kink rail.
Antena's trick from some other spot (the first one you can see on the photo) was absolutely remarkable: backside niffty to 180 with a landing over two meters below. Later on we've visited more spots and done more tricks. Photo wise I particularly liked one yellow ledge that we've discovered randomly during that day. Antena has done some cool and very stylish tricks there, and the pictures will follow in the nearest future.
Season looks very promising, skaters who I'm going to work with this year guarantee that it will be very exciting year and I can't possibly see any boredom sneaking in.
Gufi, Antena, Michał Kostrzyński, Kowal, Marek Doniec, Kacper Nosek, Jogurt, Knypek, Josh Glowicki just to mention a few among many others. I would like to invite all active riders (less active too) to visit http://polishrollingleague.pl/, where you can find detailed information about "Never Winter Jam" - an event which inaugurates the blading season in Poland. I also recommend to read the article about the current changes in the league rules for the upcoming season. Those of you, who like more than just aggressive inline skating, are kindly invited by the "I love rolki" team for the spring workshop at the National Stadium, which will take place this weekend in Warsaw (you can find more details at the website). I'm trying to keep you up to date with all the upcoming events and news, so watch the space! Now, let's enjoy some photos.
